Many years ago, before I began my career in remodeling and home renovation, I worked in the printing industry. During the last 5-10 years of that career, the company I worked for began to experiment with and develop products that added value over the baseline products that we offered.
In home ownership, value added is where it is at, especially with an eye toward the potential to add value should you someday decide to sell and buy something different.
Upgrades to bathrooms and kitchens immediately have the potential to update the feel of the entire home. Styles change over time. If you grew up during the 1970's, you likely lived in a house with Avocado, Harvest Gold, or Brown Appliances, but you'd be hard pressed to find those in the typical house of 2020. The same can be said for cabinetry, countertops, sinks, etc. What was once the "in" thing in decorating, may now render your home to be very "dated." This, of course, is a matter of personal preference, but modernizing the kitchen and bathrooms in your home, is probably never a bad idea.
At Mid Mountain, we are ready to assist you in changing the "vibe" of your home through updating whatever you want to update. Check out these photos of kitchen and bathroom updates we have done, then give us a call @406-493-9864 for your free estimates on the upgrades of your own.
